Due to the limited-edition and custom nature of my art and products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or refunds for changing your mind about a purchase.

I am personally committed to the quality and craftsmanship of every piece that leaves the studio. I stand behind my work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Simeone Graphix.

Damages, Issues, and Concerns

If you experience any problems, issues, or concerns regarding your order's quality or condition, please contact me immediately.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Simeone Graphix within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • My Commitment: I will do my best to resolve the issue. This may involve providing a replacement (if available), store credit, or another solution, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges. If your order qualifies for a replacement as determined by Simeone Graphix, I will collaborate with you to provide the correct item or a suitable alternative.
