Because each piece is custom-made especially for you, and made in partnership with trusted production partners, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. As an independent artist running a small studio, I don't hold inventory, which makes this policy necessary. I truly appreciate your support and understanding. If something goes wrong during shipping, please don't hesitate to contact me—I'm here to help ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

Damages, Issues, and Concerns

If you experience any problems, issues, or concerns regarding your order's quality or condition, please contact me immediately.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Simeone Graphix within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • My Commitment: I will do my best to resolve the issue. This may involve providing a replacement (if available), store credit, or another solution, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
